To better serve both sellers and buyers, I’ve continuously sought out the best ways to help my clients achieve success. My certifications and extra training include Certified Home Marketing Specialist and Certified New Home Specialist. During my 20+ years in real estate (11 years as a sales agent), I’ve run across many situations, and I apply that knowledge to best help my clients avoid the pitfalls that can be part of real estate transactions. I work hard at real estate, so you don’t have to.
I help sellers get the most amount of money in the shortest time possible. I do this by providing the help and support needed to best position their home to be found by and appeal to the highest cross-section of qualified buyers. My eye for staging, design and curb appeal gives my clients the extra edge when selling a home. Since I know the common obstacles in real estate transactions for various types of properties, I do many, many things to ensure that the transaction moves along as smoothly as possible throughout the process.
For buyers, I maximize their time and money by working to ensure that we’re viewing properties most closely aligned with their preferences. I’m also very adept at noticing potential issues from a construction or air quality perspective while initially viewing homes. I research potential properties extensively to minimize risk and ensure you’ll end up with a home you love. I provide guidance and support throughout the entire process.
I’ve lived in the Greater Houston/Galveston area since 2002, and I’ve worked with so many real estate investors that I’ve developed extensive market knowledge of many areas in and around Houston. I also work extensively in Cypress, Spring, The Woodlands, Tomball, Magnolia, Conroe, Montgomery and Northwest Houston.
When I’m not working, I enjoy giving back to my community through volunteer work. I also love hiking, cycling, and spending time with friends and family.
